- The organizer is ByFly LLP (BIN 231040040048), 100 Aiteke Bi St., premises 71, Almaty, phone +7 727 353 33 33.
- The draw takes place at the end of each ByFly presentation, in the hall, on the day and at the time of the presentation in the city.
- Guests aged 18 or over who registered on pres.byfly-travel.com, showed their boarding pass at the entrance and are in the hall during the draw may take part. One boarding pass — one entry. ByFly employees and agents and the presentation organizers do not take part.
- Participation is free, no purchase necessary.
- Winners are chosen openly, in front of the audience: a number is picked at random from the boarding passes of guests checked in at the entrance.
- The prizes and their number are announced on this page no later than 3 days before the presentation and by the host before the draw. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.
- The prize is handed over in the hall right after the draw upon presentation of an ID card. The winner signs a prize acceptance form (full name and IIN are needed for tax reporting). If the winner is not in the hall or declines the prize, a new number is drawn.
- ByFly LLP withholds and pays the tax on the prize. The winner pays nothing.
- Personal data is processed on the basis of the consent given at registration and under the privacy policy.
